Celebrities Are Havings Twins!

It seems like more and more celebrities are giving birth to twin babies more than ever, a studie in 2004 showed the rate of twin pregnancies increased, especially in women over 40 - most likely due to fertility enhancing drugs.
Julia Roberts gave birth to twins in 2004. A boy, Phinnaeus, and girl, Hazel were rumored to be babies of in vitro-fertilization.
More recently Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins after apparently trying for years with husband Marc Anthony. She too had a boy, Max, and a girl, Emme.
Marcia Cross had twins at the age of 44 in 2007. She gave birth to twin girls, Eden and Savannah. Marcia told an interesting story on how her and her husband came to the name Savannah.
A long time ago, I had this kind of spiritual experience, that I will have this child and her name will be Savannah,” she recalls. “Then when Tom and I didn’t even know we were having girls, he wrote me an e-mail and said, ‘I just heard a name I like: Savannah.’ I had the complete chills.”
The most anticipated twin birth is that of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who are rumored to be having twin girls in July. That would bring their family to a total of 6 kids; 4 girls and 2 boys. In 2005 the U.S. National rate for having a twin pregnancy was 3.22%, or 32.3 out of every 1,000 pregnancies.
Actress Angela Basset also became the mother to the boy/girl combo in 2007. However the twins were born to a surrogate mother.
Ashlee Simpson is rumored to be having twins, her husband Pete Wentz leaked the news on a radio show saying, “We’ve been keeping a book so far, like a journal for them - for them when they’re, uh, born.”- woops!
Holly Hunter gave birth to twin boys at the age of 47 in 2006 - but she’s managed to not reveal the names of her boys!
Geena Davis, Mellisa Etheridge, and Marcia Gay Harden are mothers of twins.
